Meet
Danielle Walder.
I didn’t take a traditional path into real estate, and I think that’s part of what makes the way I work different.
Before this, I spent years in cybersecurity and technology consulting, working in third-party risk management and advising companies on how to think through complex decisions. That experience shaped how I approach everything now. I ask more questions, I look deeper, and I pay attention to the details that most people overlook.
At the same time, Los Angeles has been home for most of my life. I moved here when I was 14 and have lived across the Westside, the Valley, and beyond. Each stage of my life has been tied to a different part of the city, which gives me a real understanding of how neighborhoods feel day to day, not just how they look on paper.
I’m drawn to homes that make sense — not just visually, but functionally. Layout, flow, light, and how a space actually lives over time matter just as much as how it photographs. That perspective comes from both my background and my interest in design.
I work alongside top Hancock Park agent Marlyse Scherr at Coldwell Banker, which allows me to combine my personal approach with deep local expertise and strong industry relationships.
More than anything, I care about helping people find a place that genuinely fits their life. Whether you’re just starting to explore or ready to make a move, I’m here to guide you through it in a way that feels thoughtful, clear, and grounded.
